Waverley Borough Council has granted planning permission for single storey front and rear extensions to a 1950s detached property in Godalming, Surrey. The extensions together with the conversion of an attached garage enable the major remodelling of the ground floor living spaces.

The small front extension is designed to improve the dated, visual appearance of the entrance. The rear extension and garage conversion open up the majority of the ground floor for a new open plan kitchen & dining and living space. A new study, utility and cloakroom complete the brief.

Our rear extension design responds to the tapered corner plot setting and maximises garden views and privacy by adopting an asymmetrical massing and elevation design.
