Contractors have made a great start at this early 20th Century property near Dorking, Surrey.  Full of style and character, this property has a stunning and secluded location and enjoys views onto a local lake and beyond to the Surrey Hills and Leith Hill Tower.

ArchitectureLIVE’s design is for the complete modernisation and reconfiguration of the ground floor layout resulting in the re-orientation of all habitable rooms towards the lakeside and views. As a consequence of this, the exterior of the property is also restructured by removing an unsightly carport, garage and extensions. This will establish a clear approach to the house whilst a new, double-height, glazed entrance hall will welcome you into the property.

The property has now been gutted and the extensive alterations are starting to take shape.
